Photo challenges for stops, not drivers
Plan challenges for safe stops, lookouts, meals and walks. Nobody should use a phone while driving. Passengers can spot possibilities, but the photo challenge should wait until the car is legally parked.
How a Snaphunt works
One person creates the Snaphunt, chooses the setting and group size, and sets the reveal time. Players open the shared link or enter the six-character code in their browser, choose their name, and protect their place with a four-digit PIN.
Each player receives their own hand of photo challenge cards. They use their phone camera to complete each challenge, with three shots available per card. Photos stay sealed until the reveal, when the group can enjoy the shared album together.
A game that fits the whole route
Start the hunt before departure and set the reveal for the final night or the morning after you arrive. The shared album becomes a record of the unplanned details that a normal destination album leaves out.

- Can families play a road trip Snaphunt?
- Yes. Family members can join from their own phones and receive their own challenges. An adult should supervise younger players and all photos must be taken safely.
- Does Snaphunts need constant internet access?
- A connection is needed to load the hunt and finish uploads, but photos captured during a temporary connection loss can queue and retry when the device is online again.
